Not only is green tea a tasty beverage, but it is also full of all sorts of nutritional benefits. It almost feels like the more we know about it the more we want to research it to learn the other advantages it may provide. This range of health benefits is pretty strong, although there is still a good deal of continuing research to try to strengthen some of the claims. But the more I read about it the more I am persuaded that I want to find additional ways to add more green tea into my daily habits
